Rights to the final product developed specifically for a client (foreground IP) will be transferred to the client once full payment has been completed, as stipulated in the individual project contract.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Modifications will take effect upon their publication on this page.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, but not limited to, if you breach the Terms.

6.1. Effects of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms that, by their nature, should survive termination, will survive.
